Shipment closed, but a line still shows Staged

Staged means “picked, sitting at the staging lane, waiting to leave.” A closed shipment with a staged line is a bookkeeping contradiction, the truck left, the paperwork says the box is still on the floor. This is the classic residue of an interrupted ship-confirm cycle.

Root cause

Interrupted ship confirm/interface left the line's status behind the shipment's.

How to fix it
  1. Rerun “Manage Shipping Interfaces” first, the cheap fix clears most of these
  2. Check the line's interfaced flags (SQL above in this room)
  3. If flags won't move and the shipment is truly closed, this is data-fix territory: raise the SR with the delivery_detail_id, don't hand-edit
