In Oracle's list, Application Implementation Consultant reaches the most subscriptions, 29 of them, through 97 triggering privileges across ERP, SCM, HCM, CX and Suite Professional. Employee and Contingent Worker follow with 23 each. All three are assigned widely, which is exactly why they matter.

A custom role carries the impact of every privilege inside it, so a copy that kept the triggering privileges still counts. Integration and connector accounts hold roles too, and any account holding a role is treated as a user of the areas that role reaches.
