Hold released, line still not moving

A hold pauses the process; releasing it un-pauses, it does NOT replay whatever the line was waiting for. If the underlying task had already errored under the hold, you've released into a stuck task.

Root cause

Release ≠ recovery. The task the hold froze may itself need attention.

How to fix it
  1. After release, read the line's current task + status again, fresh
  2. Error on the task → Recover Errors
  3. Waiting on shipping/billing → the respective mode of this room takes over
